We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. For orders under $50, shipping costs will vary depending on shipping destination.
Domestic standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries for an additional fee. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and shipping destination.
International shipping generally takes 5-10 business days, but may take longer depending on customs processing times. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct shipping address.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to correct the address and re-ship the order.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Pre-Orders

For items available for pre-order, please note that the estimated shipping time is provided on the product page. Pre-order items typically require a longer processing time and may take 6-8 weeks to be shipped.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship them together once all items are available. Please note that the estimated shipping time for pre-order items is an approximation and actual shipping times may vary. We will notify you via email once your pre-order item has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.
